Aaron Conant is the Co-Founder and Managing Director at eCom Advisory. He spent the first six years of his career as a synthetic organic chemist learning the art of experimentation and the importance of data driven results. His next 5 years were spent as a project manager developing an expertise in high level strategic planning, execution and communication. For the past 5 years he has blended these two unique skillsets into developing strategies to win online. His execution of these strategies have taken a little known brand to 8 figures in a short few years including numerous products to #1 Best Seller ranking. In addition to eRetail relationships with companies like Amazon & Jet, he has also overseen the sales for a direct to consumer website with both individual and small business portals. He is currently Managing Director at eCom Advisory and spends his time helping others simplify the sometimes overly-complicated world of ecommerce.

Nick is the Head of Operations and Business Development at eCom Advisory. Nick has extensive experience working with senior executives at global brands and retailers. He is driven by creating a success-based environment for colleagues, partners and clients alike. Nick has spent his career building and managing key relationships that bring value to brands, manufacturers and retailers who are exploring new value-add strategies & solutions. Prior to eCom Advisory, Nick was a business development lead at BWG Strategy where he curated a large and dynamic eCommerce and retail executive network.

Patrick is the Operations Manager at eCom Advisory. Pat started his career in Journalism & Editing before transitioning to the eCom Advisory team. He gained experience with BWG Strategy by cultivating and maintaining relationships across various industries. Since joining the eCom Advisory team, Pat works directly within the eCommerce and retail space with senior executives to intimately understand trends and pain points in order to create educational and informational networking sessions. He is also responsible for day to day operations and has aided in growing their network to over 2500 unique brands, restaurants, and consumer service providers alike.
